The old stone-built cottage is full of character.
In the large breakfasting kitchen the electric cooker is set
into the stone fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and
equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. A utility room
adjoins, with all laundry facilities and lots of storage space
for outdoor clothes, bicycles and saddlery.
The welcoming, comfortable lounge offers an open fire. Sliding
doors open onto a patio and large enclosed garden.

The dining room, also
with open fire, leads into a conservatory which overlooks open
countryside with the backdrop of the Simonside Hills.
There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs - 2 doubles (1 ensuite) and a twin. Two additional temporary bedspaces are available on request, taking maximum occupancy to 8. The tiled bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. All bed
linen and towels are provided free of charge.

small downstairs cloakroom, and entrance hall with porch. The
Cottage is fully double-glazed with central heating throughout.
